Terms & Condition:​

  1. This instalment plan is available to B2B customers only (registered legal entities).
  2. The instalment arrangement is strictly subject to approval by the Finance Company’s credit assessment and execution of its finance/lease/loan documents.
  3. Until such approval and execution are completed, any offer by Supplier is indicative and non-binding.
  4. Customer shall provide all documents required by the Finance Company (e.g., ACRA biz profile, financial statements, bank statements, board resolution, signatory IDs, KYC/AML information).
  5. The Finance Company may approve, decline, or approve with conditions at its sole discretion. Supplier is not responsible for any approval decision or timing.
  6. InstaPod reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
  7. “Own A Pod for less than SGD3/day” is based on the lowest-priced InstaPod Numero Solo configuration under an indicative instalment plan. Actual daily instalment may vary depending on the pod model, configuration, financing terms, and approval by the Finance Company.
