Available Positions
Responsibilities:
- Fetch sales enquiries, discuss clients’ needs and propose concepts, products & solutions
- Prepare specification, quotation and drawings
- Negotiate price and project timelines with customers.
- Prepare and follow up closely on job orders with clear and concise communications with productions
- Participate in sales & marketing meetings to provide update on feedback from customer.
- Achieve team target and provide back up to other team members when they are away
- Ensure correct billing information with accounts receivable and provide support in recovering outstanding bills.
- Attend site visits, Build rapport with customers, providing consultation and sales support.
- Main contact person between client and company and coordinate information accordingly to ensure successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and news and ensure product offerings are updated and relevant.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Interior Design or related
- Good communication skills (spoken & written)
- Able to speak Japanese or Korean
- Self-driven, adaptive and good interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
- Possess class 3 license and own vehicle (if possible).
- Basic knowledge of CAD & 3D drawing (e.g. Sketchup) will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Generate invoice, credit note and statement
- Handles AR, AP, GL functions
- Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate financial records and statements.
- Support coordination to ensure payments appropriately and timely processed
- Generate weekly reports
- Assist with company’s financial accounting & administration whenever as required
- Perform sales support and other administrative duties
- Enhance current accounting operations to achieve accurate and efficient month end closing reports
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or related fields
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Good PC literacy
- Good command of English
- Good communications and interpersonal skill with strong sense or responsibility
- Meticulous and accurate with positive attitude
- Candidate with Xero, Infotech & Zetta working experiences is an added advantage.
