Placement Guide

The pod should be located on stable, dry and flat ground or floor.

The pod should not be located in a high temperature environment.

The pod should not be located at site with falling objects from high space.

Avoid dampness or sunshine. The wiring system should not be exposed for long term.

Never immerse the pods in water or other liquids.

Cleaning Guide

To clean the ventilation opening, use a vacuum cleaner or gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth.

To clean the frame, table, and door handle, use a mildly alkaline all-purpose detergent or alcohol-based disinfectants such as Dettol. Apply a small amount of the solution to a cloth and wipe the surface gently. Avoid rubbing, as this might lead to discolouration.

The carpet can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. We do not recommend washing it.

To clean the acoustic panels, use a vacuum cleaner or a mildly alkaline all-purpose detergent. Alcohol-based disinfectants such as Dettol can also be used. Apply a small amount of the solution to a cloth and wipe the surface gently. Avoid rubbing, as this might lead to discolouration.

Before cleaning the ceiling lamp, on/off switches for the lamp or ventilation, turn off the power. Gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth.

To clean glass surfaces, use a standard glass cleaning solution.

When cleaning the metal body cover, use a mildly alkaline all-purpose detergent. Avoid using hard brushes, clean steel balls, wire brushes, abrasives, or rinsing with water as they can damage the pod's surface and exterior.
